Mark Aronowitz

Of Counsel

Mark Aronowitz concentrates in the area of real estate law. Mr. Aronowitz represents individuals, corporations and other entities in the acquisition or sale of real estate. His specialties includes residential and commercial real estate closings, consultation on title and property related issues, negotiations relative to short sales and review of loan and other transactional documentation. Mr. Aronowitz also will represent individuals with respect to mortgage re-financing and debt related issues. Other focus areas of Mr. Aronowitz are consultation on landlord/tenant related issues including eviction and return of security deposits as well as litigation of real estate and landlord/tenant issues.

Mr. Aronowitz has performed multiple presentations and seminars relative to the law and practical operation of residential real estate closings before various audiences including many different residential real estate agencies.
