Adam Wiseberg is an associate with Ziegler, Zemsky & Resnick. Mr. Wiseberg has years of experience negotiating settlements and litigating matters, specializing in matrimonial and family law.
Mr. Wiseberg is well versed in all facets of family law and has handled complex litigation in divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, relocation, domestic violence and other matters. He prides himself on always being available for clients and making sure all their questions and concerns are promptly responded to. Mr. Wiseberg understands that each client’s situation is different. He strives to understand each and every client’s individual issues, and prides himself on his keen ability to develop a top strategy to protect his clients’ rights. In both 2015 and 2016, Mr. Wiseberg was awarded a Clients’ Choice Award from Avvo.
Prior to joining Ziegler, Zemsky & Resnick, Mr. Wiseberg was an associate at Freeman Law Center, LLC in Jersey City, New Jersey. While there, Mr. Wiseberg focused primarily on matrimonial and family law, developing contacts throughout the courts in New Jersey.
While in law school, Mr. Wiseberg experienced many different facets of the law in order to gain an understanding and hone his skills as a writer, negotiator and litigator. In law school, Mr. Wiseberg interned at the Kings County District Attorneys Office and interned for the Honorable Francis Schultz, J.S.C. in the Hudson County Superior Court in New Jersey.
Outside of his passion for matrimonial and family law, Mr. Wiseberg enjoys watching sports and going to as many movies as he can attend. Mr. Wiseberg is an avid fan of the Brooklyn Nets, New York Giants and New York Yankees, as well as his Indiana Hoosiers.
In addition, stemming personal experience, Mr. Wiseberg also has a strong passion charities involved in childhood brain cancer research. He is actively involved in the Kamen Brain Tumor Foundation, which aims at funding forward thinking brain cancer studies.
